Test Correction Requirements:
1. Rewrite the question and add any images or graphs that were a part of the problem.
2. What answer you had, and in complete sentences explain why you got the answer incorrect. You need to include any misconceptions or calculation errors that you had in your explanation.
3. What is the correct answer; include work if there was work that you had to do. You have to have a written explanation that mathematically justifies why that is the correct answer.
4. Any sources that you used to correct the problem.
For each problem that you do this for correctly, you will earn half your credit back. You will always have one week from the class period after a test to complete corrections if you choose to do them.
